Once you download the plan and listen (4-5 Months) or watch (6-16 months) the corresponding pre-recorded consultation by Becca, you’ll be ready to begin Night 1 of your plan! We do our best to honor her 45-60 minute awake windows and it usually only takes about 5-10 minutes to get her to sleep both during the day and at night... 4-5 Month Sleep E-Coaching™ is designed to help your baby sleep independently (bye bye pacifier and swaddle!), have a full night of sleep (11-12 hours) with one night feed and create a consistent nap routine. There is no nap schedule for your baby until 6 months, so at this time you will learn appropriate awake times and nap windows that will lead to a total of 3.5-4 hours of daytime sleep.

6-16 Month Sleep E-Coaching is designed to help your baby sleep independently (bye bye pacifier, rocking, patting, co-sleeping!), have a full 11-12 hours every single night and create a consistent nap schedule. You will be guided in your program to work towards a 2 or 1 nap schedule, depending on baby’s age.
At all ages you should be able to have a fun and connecting bedtime routine, say goodnight, lay them down, leave the room and your baby falls asleep within 10 minutes…to sleep well all night long.

With babies who arrived early, we need to acknowledge their adjusted age. Use their DUE DATE age to determine which program to begin on. EXAMPLE: 6 months old, 4 months adjusted.
